Services HMS Software's project management consulting practice stretches back to 1984. Over the years, we have participated in a wide range of consulting projects on some of the most prestigious projects and in some of the most complex project environments in the world. HMS has had experience with a variety of project scheduling and project cost control systems. We also have experience with the Welcom Software line of products including Open Plan, Cobra and WelcomHome and the Primavera line of products. As the publishers of TimeControl, HMS is obviously well positioned to assist with implementing an enterprise timekeeping system and with the technical and management issues that are involved with such an implementation.
